Sales Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities: * Would be working on both ongoing cases of the firm and self-generated cases * Getting signatures on loan related documents from the customer (Set of documents for login, Application form, Loan agreement etc) * Getting important documents picked up or dropped to a client (whenever required) * Explaining to the customer about product feature, details and working (whenever required) * Answering customer's doubts, queries & making a note whenever needed * Sourcing a new client * Tele-calling, follow-up and generating appointment for self * Meeting customers, understanding their requirement and pitching appropriate product * Provide administrative support whenever required Requirements: + Good communication skills with semi english fluency + Can draft Emails and Messages + Minimum 12th pass. + 6 months or 1 years experience is preferrable + Knowledge about loan products like Loan Against Property, Unsecured Business Loan, Home Loan, Overdraft facility etc. is desirable.
