Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Pune for a Sales and Support Executive at NewZeal Chem. Job Description - 1. Handle incoming chemical enquiries from platforms like Indiamart, Trade India etc 2. Send emails to potential customers, and follow ups. 3. Prepare and sent quotes to customers 3. Prepare Chemical TDS, MSDS and COA for products that we deal in 4. Prepare and organize the master database of customers and chemical products 5. Setup client meetings, maintain basic financial records 6. Track shipments and inform customers 7. Keep a record of upcoming domestic and international Chemical Expo and Trade fair. 8. Research about different chemical products and international listing platforms, find cost structure and feasibility study Qualifications Sales and Customer Support skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer inquiries Experience in the chemical or related industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
