Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Chennai, for a Sales and Service Engineer. The role involves managing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical and analytical equipment. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support to clients, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales and Service Engineer will also assist in building and maintaining business relationships to facilitate sales growth and product promotion.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Knowledge of medical and analytical equipment and accessories
• Experience in sales, business development, and product promotion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction and relationship building
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving
• Willingness to work in an on-site capacity and travel as required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field
• Prior experience in the healthcare or analytical equipment sector is a plus
