Role Overview We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to help us drive business growth. This is a dual role involving both inside and outside sales. The ideal candidate will proactively generate leads, meet potential clients (primarily architects, developers, and builders), convert leads into business. Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Identify, research, and build a pipeline of potential clients (architects, developers, contractors) Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to secure business leads Set appointments, pitch our technology, and convert prospects into clients Follow up with leads and manage CRM updates Track performance against sales targets and report weekly Help in preparing marketing material, client decks, and event coordination if required Who Should Apply? 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations Candidates with prior experience in the real estate or construction industry will be strongly preferred Individuals who already have connections with architects or know how to build and maintain such networks will be given preference Must be willing to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced, startup environment Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Self-starter with strong ownership, willing to work both independently and in a team Comfortable with field travel across Delhi.
