● Source and manage vendors for college activation projects across multiple locations.
● Negotiate costs, ensure cost efficiency, and maintain profitability on each project.
● Coordinate with the client servicing and production teams to understand requirements.
● Prepare cost estimates, maintain cost sheets, and ensure accurate billing.
● Supervise event setup, branding installations, and logistics on ground
● Maintain a database of vendors (fabricators, manpower suppliers, logistics, printing, etc.) by region
● Track and verify vendor invoices, payments, and delivery timelines.
● Ensure quality standards and brand guidelines are met during activation
