Job Description

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire and retain clients in the US IT services and product market. Identify, engage, and convert enterprise clients, mid-sized businesses, and startups in need of IT solutions. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, meet revenue targets, and drive business growth. Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals. Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Managers). Identify potential partnerships, alliances, and reseller opportunities to expand market reach. Marketing & Branding Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, thought leadership content, and industry webinars to position Karma Consulting as a trusted IT solutions provider. Collaborate with internal teams (product, AI/ML, embedded, SAP, automation) to craft compelling sales and marketing materials. Leverage LinkedIn, cold emails, and inbound marketing to generate high-quality leads. Drive participation in conferences, trade shows, and industry events to enhance brand visibility. Work with the marketing team to optimize SEO, PPC, and email marketing for lead generation. Account & Relationship Management Manage existing US-based clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. Provide consultative selling, helping clients understand how Karma Consultings services solve their business challenges. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring profitability. Market Research & Strategy Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities in the US market. Define and track KPIs (lead conversion rate, sales cycle duration, revenue growth, client retention, etc.). Provide leadership with insights to refine service offerings and go-to-market strategies. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in IT sales and marketing, with a strong focus on the US market. Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation in IT services and product sales. Deep understanding of IT domains (AI/ML, automation, SAP, embedded tech, drone applications, software solutions). Strong experience in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and accountbased marketing (ABM). Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), email outreach, and digital marketing platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage global clients. Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and achieve aggressive sales targets. Experience in handling US business culture, sales cycles, and enterprise decisionmaking processes. Preferred Qualifications MBA/PGDM or any relevant degree in Sales, Marketing, or International Business. Experience in selling IT solutions to industries like BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, or retail. Prior work experience with US-based IT service firms or product companies.
