Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Patna. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, identifying potential customers and engaging with them to increase sales, and analyzing market trends to adjust our approach accordingly. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work closely with other teams to ensure that our products meet market demand and are consistently positioned for success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in a sales and/or marketing role, preferably in the food industry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience with market research and analysis, including identifying trends and opportunities Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies Experience with design and development of marketing materials, including print and digital media Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and strategically Show more Show less
