Key Responsibilities: Sales Execution: Visit high-footfall markets in Gurugram to sell spices directly to retail and wholesale shop owners. Build relationships with shopkeepers, distributors, and vendors to encourage repeat business. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Marketing Initiatives: Conduct door-to-door marketing in targeted areas to promote our spice range. Distribute brochures, product samples, and promotional material to potential customers. Identify market trends and provide valuable feedback to the team to enhance sales strategies. Customer Management: Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty. Reporting and Documentation: Track daily visits, sales, and marketing efforts. Submit weekly reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
