Role Description

Nextudy is building a focused and disciplined team, and we’re opening our first role for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist. If you have a proven track record and the drive to help us scale, this is the right time to reach out.

There will be an interview process, where we will thoroughly analyze the candidate's sales and marketing skills, specifically the Lead generation through social media marketing strategies. Which includes:

1. Social media content management

2. Lead identification tactics

3. Lead qualification

4. Lead Nurturing

5. Sales conversion

6. Onboarding management

7. Customer retention

The candidate should have excellent skills in all these departments, with at least 5 years of in-market experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Familiarity with Training programs and an interest in education or professional development
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools or software
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
