Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at LIC, based in Meerut. The role involves implementing effective sales strategies, identifying and engaging potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and promoting LIC's insurance products. Additionally, responsibilities include managing sales processes to meet targets, training team members, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and meet their insurance needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and oversee performance
• Experience in providing Training and guiding team members to enhance skills and productivity
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strategic thinker
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage
