Builduno's, established in 2019, specializes in high-quality, custom-designed furniture. We manufacture extensive range of furniture, including dining tables, chairs, sofas, beds, and more, for villas, apartments, hotels, etc.

The brand ensures quality throughout their process, maintaining strict attention to every detail.

Our 5000 sq.ft. manufacturing unit is situated on Ajmer Road, near 200 ft. bypass, Jaipur.

Place of work i.e. the office and experience center are located in Lalkothi, Jaipur.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Jaipur. The individual will:

1. Manage daily sales activities, including lead calls and cold calls for sales. This also includes managing the experience center and handling clients that visit. It's a goal to drive as many customers as you can into the experience center.
2. Develop and execute marketing strategies, including physical and social media campaigns. The goal is to ensure maximum clientele.
3. Engage with new and existing clients and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, travelling for client meetings and sales opportunities, and supporting the management of sales processes to achieve business growth.
4. The role also involves closely collaborating with team members to drive business objectives. You will also assist in creating social media content for the brand, like pitching and shooting ads and reels in the office.
5. You will also create static and motion graphics through Canva for marketing campaigns on social media.

Qualifications

• PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN FURNITURE OR INTERIOR DESIGN INDUSTRY IS A MUST, as the role will require knowledge of design and furniture standards, a deep understanding of design styles and trends and a strong visual eye for details.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and achieve targets.
• Sales Management skills, including the ability to oversee processes, develop strategies, and support team success.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in creating and implementing marketing initiatives is an added advantage.
