Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (0-2 Years) Location: Gurugram, Haryana Job Type: Full-Time/Internship Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and self-motivated freshers to join our growing sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning sales strategies and executing marketing campaigns to help drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. • Support the sales team in generating leads and closing deals. • Maintain client databases and track sales performance. • Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns. • Create content for social media, email, and other marketing platforms. • Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing plans. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or currently pursuing). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic knowledge of MS Office. • Strong desire to learn and grow in the sales/marketing domain. • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with basic knowledge of Switches, Routers, Wireless etc. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good negotiation and presentation skill.
