Sales and Marketing Representative

As a sales and marketing executive at our furniture manufacturing company based in Belgharia, Kolkata, your role involves promoting our products in West Bengal and neighboring states to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and cultivate strong relationships with retailers and distributors. **Responsibilities:** - Promote and sell products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers for customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share. - Identify new business opportunities and potential market segments. - Achieve sales goals set by the company. - Prepare and submit daily sales reports. - Demonstrate the ability to persuade prospective buyers and meet sales targets. **Requirements:** - Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Preference for local candidates from the Kolkata area. - Immediate joiners are preferred. - Willingness to travel overnight within Bengal and neighboring states for marketing purposes. In terms of compensation: - Monthly salary range: Rs. 20,000-30,000. - Daily travel and food expenses for marketing within Kolkata area will be reimbursed in addition to the salary. - For outstation travel, separate arrangements will be made for travel, food, and accommodation expenses.
