Sales and Marketing Representative

As a Receptionist at our company, your role will involve managing the front desk on a daily basis and performing various administrative and cash handling tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our company, welcoming guests and coordinating front-desk activities. Your pleasant personality and ability to handle emergencies effectively will be crucial in this customer service role. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential, as well as flexibility to work in shifts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office - Direct visitors to the appropriate person or seat - Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls - Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures) - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email - Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries - Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) - Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock - Cash handling **Qualifications Required:** - Fluent in Hindi and English - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Strong customer service skills - Ability to multitask and manage stress effectively - Flexibility to work in shifts This is a full-time position located in-person at our Cafe. *Note: The job also offers benefits like food provided, paid sick time, paid time off, and a compensation package including performance bonuses and yearly bonuses.*,
