Sales and Marketing Representative

The Sales and Marketing Executive for Third Party Manufacturing in Pharma will focus on expanding the client base, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies. This position necessitates a comprehensive understanding of both the sales process and the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives, identifying and approaching potential clients in the pharmaceutical sector, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, creating marketing plans to promote third-party manufacturing services, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management, and assisting in the formulation of pricing strategies and contract negotiations. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field, a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, a strong understanding of third-party manufacturing processes, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Skills required for this position include proficiency in Salesforce, CRM software, market analysis, strategic planning, negotiation, client relationship management, pharmaceutical manufacturing knowledge, and Microsoft Office Suite.
