Sales And Marketing Representative

You will be responsible for driving sales in the pharmaceutical and engineering sectors by conducting daily visits to client sites, generating enquiries, creating engineering drawings of products on-site, and converting leads into orders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting daily visits to pharmaceutical and engineering clients to understand their requirements and promote company products. - Generating enquiries and providing technical consultations to clients. - Creating basic engineering drawings/sketches on-site to support custom product requirements. - Collaborating with the internal design and production teams to finalize technical specifications. - Negotiating and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets. - Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing post-sales support. - Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maximize sales potential. - Preparing and submitting sales reports, client feedback, and market analysis regularly. Key Competencies required for this role are as follows: - 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or engineering products. - Ability to create basic engineering drawings (knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is a plus). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Technical understanding of industrial components, mechanical products, or process equipment. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Willingness to travel daily within Goa for client visits. - A Bachelors degree/Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, or related field is preferred.
