- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Mathura region.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, builders, and industry leads to generate business opportunities.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Conduct regular market visits to identify new prospects, follow up on leads, and ensure timely deal closures.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to clients. - Work closely with the technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the company.
-Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably HVAC, Building Materials, or Real Estate).
- Strong network with architects, consultants, and contractors in the Mathura region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
