Job Profile: Real Estate Marketing Manager Responsibilities: Team Management Recruit, train, and mentor real estate sales agents. Set sales goals, track performance, and motivate the team to meet or exceed targets. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property sales. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and threats. coordination with senior management and marketing teams. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Assist high-value clients and close major deals when needed. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Reporting & Analytics Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and ROI on marketing campaigns. Use CRM tools and data to track leads, sales progress, and agent performance. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a real estate company . Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month Attractive incentives, bonuses, and performance-based rewards.
