Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Description

· Driving sales growth, increasing market share, and maximizing revenue from institutional clients. · Identifying and acquiring new institutional clients such as construction companies, contractors, architects, and builders. · involves prospecting, lead generation, networking, and building relationships to expand the customer base. · Managing and nurturing relationships with key institutional clients to maximize sales opportunities · Conducting meticulous market research to identify potential institutional clients and industry trends · Prime focus on client retention by regular communication, addressing client concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction. · Develop a thoroughgoing knowledge of products of the company which will lead to seamless resolution of clients queries as well. · Sales forecasting and reporting. Analyse the sales data, sales performance etc. which helps in sales performance and area of improvement of the team. · Prepare timely and accurate sales reports to uplines and delegated managers /HODs without fail. · Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies which mainly focuses on Institutional clients. · Enhance organizational visibility by participating in trade fairs, conferences, architect meet up etc. · Monitor and develop team by periodic training and development. · Encourage team members for upselling and cross selling. · Increase virtual visibility of organisation through various social media platform.
