Role Description

This full-time role of Sales and Marketing Intern is based in Mumbai, with flexibility to work remotely when required. Core responsibilities include assisting in developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, supporting day-to-day sales operations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves coordinating with the sales team to strategize and implement activities for client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of Sales, Sales Management, and Training methods to contribute to sales strategy development and execution.
• Proficiency in market research techniques to support marketing and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous internship or coursework in marketing or sales is a plus.
