Sales and Marketing Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for proactive, confident, and communication-savvy Marketing Interns who can support our real-estate operations — from client handling to lead generation and site visits.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Interaction & Sales

• Show properties to prospective clients and explain features, pricing, and benefits.
• Handle client communication through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
• Assist in closing deals and maintaining follow-up communication.

Lead Generation & Market Research

• Identify and build leads for buyers, sellers, and renters.
• Find property owners willing to list their houses.
• Maintain a pipeline of active leads and prospects.

Field Work & Coordination

• Visit properties to collect details, photos, and owner information.
• Coordinate between clients and property owners for smooth visits.

Skills Required

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Confidence in client interaction
• Basic understanding of sales
• Self-motivation and willingness to learn
• Ability to travel locally for client visits
