Sales & Marketing Interns

In this role, you will help us reach students, colleges, and communities, promote our courses and workshops, and support our marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Success in this position means:

• Taking ownership of daily tasks

• Representing Merge Learning confidently
• Helping us acquire students through creative ideas, on-ground work, and digital marketing efforts
• This role plays a key part in expanding Merge Learning’s presence across Patna and helping thousands of students learn open-source, GSoC, and tech skills.

📌 Responsibilities

• Conduct student outreach in Patna colleges and help expand Merge’s campus network.
• Communicate with students, collect leads, and explain our programs clearly.
• Support digital marketing activities like reels, social media posts, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and on-ground promotional events.
• Gather feedback from students to help improve our offerings.
• Collaborate with the core team to brainstorm new strategies for growth.
• Maintain daily reports on outreach, lead generation, and marketing execution.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into users.

• Social media awareness (Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp campaigns)

Experience

• No prior work experience required
• Experience in campus leadership or marketing clubs is a bonus
