Company Description LetSmile is a Psychological Counselling centre located in Kolkata, founded by passionate and enthusiastic Prachi Rathi, a post-graduate in Psychological Counseling from IIPR, Bangalore. The Centre is dedicated to providing compassionate, professional, and affordable counselling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families. Specializing in empowering clients with healthy coping mechanisms and techniques, LetSmile aims to improve the well-being of individuals and break the stigma surrounding mental health. The Centre is known for its distinct approach to therapy and training, ensuring sessions remain confidential and promote self-discovery and better decision-making. Role Description This is an internship role for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will be responsible for daily marketing and sales activities, client service, and supporting training programs. Tasks include developing marketing strategies, engaging with clients, assisting in sales management, and maintaining customer relationships. This is a hybrid role located in Kolkata, offering a mix of in-office work and remote work flexibility. Qualifications Strong Communication and Client Service skills Experience or interest in Marketing and Sales Management Ability to assist in Training programs Excellent creative thinking ability for creating marketing campaigns Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration. Passionate about mental health. Duration 2 Months (June-July) Certificate of Experience The interns will be provided certificate at the end of the internship for the work contribution to the company.
