Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The role includes supporting sales and marketing initiatives, assisting in campaign development, communicating with clients, providing customer service, helping with sales training, and contributing to sales management and planning. The candidate will also collaborate with various teams to achieve sales objectives and enhance client engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for effective client engagement and support
• Understanding of Sales and Sales Management to support sales processes and contribute to achieving targets
• Ability to assist with Training initiatives to optimize team performance and skills development
• Good organizational and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and adapt
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus
