We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who is passionate about driving growth, creating impactful connections, and building strong client relationships through effective marketing strategies and follow-up. What You'll Be Doing Client Engagement & Communication Connect with potential clients (therapy, workshops, mental health programs) and initiate meaningful conversations. Follow up strategically with leads and existing clients to maintain engagement and drive conversions. Build relationships with clients, focusing on trust and long-term engagement, not just closing a sale. Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, exploring new ways to add value. Marketing Strategies & Content Creation Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase outreach and awareness of mental health services. Write compelling content for follow-ups, social media posts, and marketing campaigns. Create engaging messages that resonate with the target audience and encourage action. Collaborate with the team on creative sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to drive growth. Business Growth & Expansion Identify opportunities for partnerships and new client acquisition. Bring fresh marketing ideas to help expand Mending Mind's reach and impact. Operations & Performance Track and manage sales performance and growth metrics, working towards monthly revenue and conversion targets. Develop ideas to improve client engagement and lead generation efforts. Who Were Looking For Education : Open to any graduate, particularly those from Psychology, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or related fields. Experience : Freshers to 2 years of experience in sales, client relations, or marketing. Mindset & Skills : A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous work environment. Strong communication , relationship-building , and persuasion skills. Passionate about mental health and making a positive impact on people's lives.
