Job Overview: We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to become a part of our healthcare organization. The successful applicant will be tasked with building relationships with new clients and expanding our current client portfolio. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience is required. This role demands an individual with outstanding communication abilities, a solid understanding of the healthcare sector, and a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes through innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship-building with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other terms with potential clients. Stay informed on industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitor activities. Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients. Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs. One must be ready to work and cover for Tamil Nadu while also following the guidelines set forth in the office. You must possess a two-wheeler and have computer knowledge. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in English is required Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including key stakeholders, products, and regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships and negotiate with a diverse set of clients (doctors, hospital administrators, etc.). A degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
