Sales and Marketing Executive

• The candidate will participate in face-to-face and remote marketing activities
• In this role, they will assist customers, assess their needs, and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions.

• Researching the target audience's needs, wants, and habits to create targeted campaigns
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Generate lead and sales opportunities to meet company's business and growth plans and sales
• Manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/ inquiries are attended to.
• Generate opportunities through contacts, networking and associations.
• Coordinate with design and execution team throughout the process to make sure all clients requirements are met.

Requirement

• Candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience are eligible to apply.
• Experience in interior projects, architecture construction, real estate preferably residential sector .
• Knowledge in architecture, interior, construction trends.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Should be high-energy individuals willing to go the extra mile.
• Strong, self-motivated, and ambitious candidates, driven to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
