Sales and Marketing Executive

would be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for wire harness and cabling products, focusing on identifying market opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.  Sales Strategy: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the wire harness and cabling market. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing plans to promote wire harness and cabling products. Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content. Participate in industry events and trade shows. Manage the company's online presence and social media channels. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences. Other Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers. Manage a team of sales and marketing professionals (if applicable). Report on sales and marketing performance. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.  Key Skills and Experience: Strong sales and marketing experience, preferably in the wire harness and cabling industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Knowledge of wire harness and cabling products and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business). MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
