Sales and Marketing Assistant

Our is a leading manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molding solutions for [automotive, consumer goods, electronics, medical, etc.]. We provide high-quality molded components and custom manufacturing services to clients across regions/industries. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing professional to expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in relevant industries (automotive, industrial, consumer goods, etc.).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and work with engineering/production teams to provide accurate quotations and proposals.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical discussions, and follow-ups.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.

Marketing:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including website updates, social media, and online advertising.
• Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Create marketing materials (brochures, case studies, newsletters, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
