Sales and Marketing Assistant

Job Description: You will be working as a Sales & Marketing Executive at Morph Meta Academy with a focus on generating student leads, managing admissions, and promoting courses. The academy has a strong presence of over 25 years in Animation, VFX, Gaming, AI & Multimedia Education. Your role will include student counselling, lead conversion, and implementing marketing strategies to meet admission targets. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads utilizing online & offline marketing channels, seminars, events, and campaigns. - Provide counselling to students & parents regarding the courses offered (Animation, VFX, Gaming, AI, AR/VR, Multimedia). - Convert enquiries into admissions by elaborating on career prospects. - Establish partnerships with colleges, coaching centres, and institutions to enhance lead generation. - Implement social media, digital, and outdoor marketing initiatives. - Manage follow-ups, fee collection, and ensure proper maintenance of admission records. - Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly admission targets. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and convincing skills. - Knowledge of sales, student counselling, or the education industry would be advantageous. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven by targets. - Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media promotion is desirable. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and tele-calling.
