Sales and Lead Generation specialist

You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted strategies for generating high-quality leads in the Personal Care and Flavors & Fragrance industries. This includes performing outbound lead generation through cold calling and email campaigns to engage potential customers. Additionally, you will conduct research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the US market. Building and nurturing relationships with leads to understand their needs and effectively positioning Elchemy's solutions will be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align strategies with global business objectives is essential. You will also be required to track and manage lead progress in CRM, providing regular updates on sales pipeline and revenue forecasts. Setting and achieving ambitious lead generation goals, optimizing outreach strategies to maximize conversions will be crucial for your success.
