Sales and CRM Business Analyst

As a Sales and CRM Business Analyst at EY, you will play a crucial role in understanding and analyzing clients" business problems and visions. Your responsibilities will include conducting current state assessments with business stakeholders through workshops, questionnaires, interviews, and more. You will analyze collected data points and provide insightful recommendations for future state design. Additionally, you will need expertise in Sales and CRM domains such as B2B/B2C sales strategy, sales planning, lead & funnel management, field & territory management, CRM capabilities, sales operating models design, and business case & transformation roadmap development. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor for clients in understanding and analyzing their business problems - Conduct current state assessments with business stakeholders - Analyze collected data points and provide recommendations for future state design - Design and implement CRM strategies tailored to the insurance sector - Capture business requirements for CRM capability implementation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives - Document user stories and acceptance criteria - Support test planning, test case design, and test execution with business stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Must have vertical & Industry Experience in Insurance sales/CRM transformation - Strong understanding of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and their application in the insurance industry Join EY in building a better working world where new value is created for clients, people, society, and the planet.
