Role Description

As a Sales & Client Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients for our agency. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and deal closure, and work closely with our creative and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.


This role offers flexibility for remote work but requires self-discipline, autonomy, and excellent communication skills. You will play a pivotal role in driving the agency’s growth and expanding its portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research potential clients across industries, identify decision-makers, and create a consistent pipeline of opportunities.


Sales Outreach: Initiate contact via calls, emails, and networking channels to generate interest and qualify prospects.


Pitching & Proposal Management: Conduct client meetings and present customized marketing solutions aligned with client goals. Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing documents.


Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, scope, and pricing with clients, and close deals effectively.


Follow-Ups & Relationship Management: Nurture leads through consistent follow-up. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.


Collaboration: Work closely with the agency’s creative and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.


Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track progress, and report on sales metrics such as lead conversion rates, revenue generated, and pipeline health.


Market & Industry Research: Stay updated on marketing trends, competitor offerings, and potential growth opportunities to inform outreach strategies.


Key Skills & Competencies

Sales Expertise: 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in marketing, advertising, or services. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.


Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to handle objections, negotiate contracts, and close deals confidently.


Relationship Management: Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.


Self-Motivation & Autonomy: Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision; proactive in identifying and pursuing opportunities.


CRM & Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital communication tools.


Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze client needs, market trends, and sales data to refine strategies.


Resilience & Persistence: Handles rejection positively and continues to pursue new leads effectively.


Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to tailor marketing solutions to client objectives and offer value-based proposals.


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.


Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced agency environment is a plus.


Comfortable with metro clients across India; ability to work remotely with discipline is acceptable.
