Selligence Solutions is a start up in Human Resource consulting business, looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales and Business Development Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, market research, client engagement, and business development strategies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, markets, and business opportunities. Support sales teams in lead generation through cold calling, emailing, and networking. Help in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks. Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and insights. Participate in client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship management. Support the execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align business development efforts. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic and eager to learn about sales and business development. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
