We are committed to delivering innovative products and quality-driven solutions. We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Sales and Application Engineer to join our expanding team.


Role Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory and verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product and solution recommendations.
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver effective product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in line with company policy.
  • Achieve sales targets and report regularly on pipeline and sales forecasts.
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Remain up to date with current industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and customer events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Build rapport and trust with decision-makers and influencers at customer organizations.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.
  • 0–3 years of sales or business development experience in technical domains. (Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
  • Proficiency with sales CRMs, MS Office, and reporting tools is desirable.
  • A demonstrated passion for customer engagement and professional sales practices.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for business development and client meetings.
