Job Description: Identify target customers and develop a strategy to engage with them Prioritize target customers based on their potential value and likelihood of conversion Create a sales call schedule and plan to ensure efficient use of time and minimize travel Research and prepare for each customer visit by reviewing their operations, products, and needs Develop a compelling pitch and messaging to effectively communicate the value proposition of Multidimensions' products Establish a system for tracking and following up on leads, quotes, and orders Set realistic sales targets and track progress against those targets Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell existing products to customers Develop a plan for handling objections and closing deals Call customers to introduce Multidimensions and yourself, and seek appointments for detailed discussions Explain technical details of target products and their applications to customers, building relationships and pitching for future sales Visit customers as needed to build personal rapport, collect plant and machinery information, and understand organization structure Follow up on pending quotations and take timely action to secure sales Analyze company and individual data to develop an Annual and Monthly Sales Plan Qualification: BE - Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience: 1-2 Years Show more Show less
