Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Analyst (Sales Operations Manager) to support our business development and marketing teams by optimizing sales processes, managing forecasts, and driving operational efficiencies. This role is essential for tracking revenue, managing order bookings, analyzing the customer pipeline, developing market penetration strategies, and collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance business performance. Key Responsibilities: Sales Planning & Forecasting: Assist in setting, monitoring, and managing sales forecasts, pipeline, and revenue tracking to ensure accurate and actionable insights. Alignment & Collaboration: Conduct regular cadence meetings and collaborate with Business Development (BD) and Product Management (PM) teams to ensure alignment with sales goals. Sales Reporting & Analytics: Act as a liaison with Finance, providing accurate and timely sales reports and insights. Customer Qualification & Health Checks: Support the development of customer briefs for qualification and coordinate with Finance on customer health assessments. Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Organize and execute Sales QBRs, driving strategic discussions and performance evaluations. Account Strategy & Growth: Develop and assist in executing account strategies for top clients to drive long-term growth. Budgeting & Planning: Coordinate and support the annual budgeting exercise for the sales function. Customer Experience & Engagement: Manage client relationships, oversee customer engagement activities, and enhance the customer experience. Client Visits & Partnership Building: Organize and facilitate client visits to strengthen partnerships and business opportunities Sales Tools & CRM Management: Oversee CRM data integrity, optimize CRM usage, and ensure accurate sales data management. Market & Competitive Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making. Incentive Planning & Performance Metrics: Collaborate on designing sales incentive plans and track sales performance metrics. Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in sales processes. Contract Management: Support contract review, negotiation, and management to align with business objectives. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: MBA in Marketing / Finance or BE with experience in B2B sales operations Experience: 2+ years in sales operations, sales analytics, or a similar role in B2B Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM tools , Microsoft Excel, and BI tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with sales, finance, and product teams.
