Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Agent located in Mirzapur. The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling LIC insurance policies to potential clients. Daily tasks include identifying and contacting potential clients, providing excellent customer service, explaining policy details, assisting clients in choosing the right insurance plans, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves maintaining client records and providing after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Insurance industry
• Ability to provide Training to new customers and team members
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Local residency in Mirzapur or willingness to relocate
