Job Type: Full-Time | Commission-Based | Field Sales | Training & Support Provided

About Us:

Okda Lifestyle is an emerging lifestyle brand, and MyUrbanPack is our signature collection of premium urban utility and travel products crafted for the modern professional. We are expanding across India’s metro markets and are seeking dynamic Sales Agents to drive large-scale B2B partnerships with retailers, distributors, and business clients.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Agent, you’ll represent MyUrbanPack in your city—building and managing relationships with local retailers, luggage stores, and distributors to grow our business presence and sales volume.

Responsibilities:

  • Approach and build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients in metro cities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and secure bulk orders or strategic partnerships.
  • Promote and present MyUrbanPack’s products and services to potential B2B buyers.
  • Generate leads, follow up effectively, and close sales deals to meet assigned targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Represent MyUrbanPack locally as the company’s official sales ambassador in your assigned metro area.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (graduates preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Freshers are welcome; prior experience in backpack, luggage, or lifestyle product sales is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel within your city.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident when interacting with clients.
  • Comfortable engaging with retailers, shop owners, and businesses of all sizes.
