Job Title: Sales Advisor (Fresher)

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Advisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about customer interaction, communication, and achieving sales targets. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by providing product/service information.
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Handle inbound & outbound calls, messages, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Support the sales team in reaching overall business goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Freshers are welcome; 0–6 min experience acceptable.
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).
• Positive attitude, learning mindset & confidence.
• Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and good at follow-ups.
