Sales Advisor

Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive Location: Sarjapura, Bangalore Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Real Estate Sales Company: Anarock Property Consultant Pvt Ltd) --- Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in property sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, guiding customers through site visits, and closing sales in our Sarjapura projects. --- Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries, explain project details, and schedule site visits. Conduct project presentations and ensure excellent customer experience. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, documentation, and follow-ups. Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and new project launches. Maintain accurate data of leads, site visits, and closures. --- Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in client interactions. Proficiency in using CRM tools, WhatsApp, and basic MS Office. Two-wheeler preferred for client visits (allowances as per company policy). Education qualification: Undergraduate and graduation --- Salary & Benefits Salary: As per market standards Attractive Incentive Structure based on performance Travel Allowance + Mobile Allowance (as per company norms) --- Working Days & Timings 6 days working (Weekday off) 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (may extend during peak sales days)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,894.28 per month
