Role Overview: You will be responsible for making outgoing calls to prospective customers and selling products and services over the phone. Handling objections, escalations, and queries effectively is crucial. Generating leads, entering interaction details in the system, and ensuring continuity of services are key responsibilities. Delivering high-quality service to clients, supporting the company's network expansion, and assisting in achieving target service delivery and financial goals are also part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Make outgoing calls to prospective customers - Sell products and services to customers on the call - Handle objections, escalations, and queries effectively - Generate more leads from outbound calls - Enter details of every interaction in the system - Ensure continuity of services by manning telephone and communication systems as per company procedures and standard operating practices - Deliver high-quality service to clients - Support network expansion by extracting relevant information on new services - Assist shift leaders, supervisors, or concerned individuals to achieve target service delivery and financial goals Qualification Required: - Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing - Excellent communication skills - Ability to handle objections effectively - Strong attention to detail - Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies - Flexibility to work night shifts (5 PM-2 AM) About Company: Fincana Solutions is a leading B2B international call center, lead generation, advertising, and analytics provider.
