We're seeking talented individuals to fill the role of a Sales Support Executive, responsible for promoting and selling a range of cutting-edge credit and finance products. If you're passionate about making a positive impact in the financial world and thrive in a sales-driven environment, this opportunity is for you! Engage in outbound calls to connect with potential customers, effectively promoting and assisting them navigate our diverse credit and finance products. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the fintech and lending ecosystems to highlight the unique advantages of CheQ's offerings compared to competitors. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products, addressing customer queries with finesse. Cultivate and nurture positive customer relationships through regular follow-up calls. Provide precise information about our products/services, including pricing and promotions. Strive for continuous improvement in key performance indicators related to sales and revenue. What youll need Like us, youll be deeply committed to delivering impactful outcomes for customers. - Minimum experience of 1 year, with a grasp of the Fintech and Lending environments. Proven track record in telesales, focusing on Edtech, Fintech, Lending or Insurance products. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Desired Candidate Profile Successful track record as a sales representative. Ability to quickly understand and effectively communicate product and service details to prospects, with proficiency in relevant languages with English & Hindi being mandatory, along with any one regional language. Self-driven and highly motivated. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to handle and resolve issues and complaints effectively. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
