Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator with 2–3 years of experience in sales or sales support. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team, driving conversions, and ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to closure. Key Responsibilities: Achieve individual and team sales targets within specified timelines.Develop and implement strategies to increase sales conversions and revenue.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular sales reports.Identify and nurture potential leads throughout the sales funnel.Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.Optimize the sales cycle for faster turnaround and better results.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.Maintain proper documentation and update CRM tools regularly.Ensure efficient lead tracking, follow-ups, and engagement.Provide timely updates and reports to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2–3 years of relevant experience in sales or sales administration.Strong understanding of sales operations and CRM systems.Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced work environment. Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)Location :- BHOPAL
