As a Sales Executive / Sales Manager at ABEC Exhibitions & Conferences in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in identifying, generating, and qualifying new business leads for exhibitions and conference properties. Your main responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers, pitching exhibition participation opportunities, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. You will need to maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and client communication records, work closely with the marketing and operations teams, and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads for exhibitions and conference properties. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers. - Present and pitch exhibition participation opportunities to potential clients. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and negotiation to deal closure. - Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and client communication records. - Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Understand market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 1 to 6+ years of experience in sales. - Experience in real estate, construction, home dcor, or event & exhibition industry is highly preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive attitude. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
