Job Title: SailPoint IIQ Operations & Support EngineerJob Description: We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IIQ Operations & Support Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. This role is focused on providing operational support for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and requires strong communication skills . The candidate must be open to working night shifts (7:00 PM 3:30 AM IST) in a hybrid setup at any persistent office (excluding Hyderabad and Bangalore-based profiles).Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 operational support for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve identity governance-related issues . Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patch management for SailPoint IIQ. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless identity and access management (IAM) operations . Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning . Maintain and update documentation related to configurations, issues, and resolutions. Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and provide timely updates on issue resolution. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) operations and support . Strong understanding of identity governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and user provisioning . Experience in troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related incidents . Excellent communication skills to coordinate with global teams and stakeholders. Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM 3:30 AM IST) . Additional Information: Junior profiles (less than 4 years of experience) will not be considered. Candidates based in Hyderabad and Bangalore will not be considered. Hybrid work model must be willing to work from a persistent office location.
