Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and growth in the events and exhibitions sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating closely with creative and operations teams to deliver end-to-end event solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new corporate clients across multiple industries. Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business. Develop customized proposals, presentations, and costings in coordination with design and operations teams. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent Sahib Productions at industry networking events, exhibitions, and forums. Stay updated on market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities. Maintain CRM / lead trackers for reporting and forecasting. Requirements: 3–8 years of experience in Business Development or Client Servicing within Events, Exhibitions, or Creative Agencies. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of event project lifecycles, fabrication, and production workflows. Ability to build trust-based client relationships and deliver value-driven pitches. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and PowerPoint.
