List of Job Description.

1. Daily toolbox meeting, review of issues raised during the meeting.

2. Safety observation (Unsafe act, Unsafe condition, and behavioral issues) related to SOP activities.

3. Severity audit (Weekly once) with closer report.

4. PPE check and record the non-compliances.

5. PPE audit (Monthly once)

6. Tools and Tackles check before use.

7. Tools and Tackles audit (Monthly once)

8. Housekeeping (Slip, trip and fall) at work site

9. Housekeeping Audit (Monthly once)

10. Reporting and capture of near miss and incident / accident.

11. Safety Training as per the annual training schedule.

12. Conduct Monthly line walk with our client (CO) and Site In charge– (Once in a month)

13. Conduct Monthly Mass meeting (MOM and closer report.)

14. Maintain updated SOP, JHA and HIRA

15. Maintain filing system as per annexure 9 and 8 (Tata Steel standard)

16. Run monthly safety campaigns on focused safety topics

17. Coordinate with reporting head in daily basis.

18. Conduct Annexure 9 audit quarterly for allocated area.
