The HSE Officer shall support Project HSE Lead in implementing the Project HSE Plan. Specific requirements include, but not limited to: Support in implementation of Project specific HSE Plan Oversee HSE activities at Projects Implementation of HSE Management System in assigned project Conduct Internal Trainings for workmen Conduct periodic Mock Drill Support in executing Monthly Project HSE Activity calendar Incident reporting and investigation Support in organizing HSE Campaigns Conduct HSE Inspections Fire extinguishers maintenance Conduct and Participate in Daily Tool Box Talk Create awareness through Signage, posters and HSE Alerts Ensure Housekeeping in assigned work area Competencies Required : Planning and Execution of HSE activities • Training • Inspection • Follow up skills • Fluency in English, Hindi
