Safety Supervisor (DAY SHIFT/NIGHT SHIFT)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and implement safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities and industry standards. Regularly inspect plant site and conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and take corrective and preventive actions to avoid such hazards. Monitor and enforce compliance with environmental regulations, including waste disposal, pollution prevention, and conservation efforts. Provide training and awareness to employees and workers. Coordinate with different departments to ensure overall development of safety first culture. Coordinate safety audits and maintain documentation for the same. Prepare monthly reports and checklists for safety Ensure proper maintenance of all the equipment in the factory. Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have a Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Engineering (B.E.) with a specialization in Safety, Environmental Science, or related fields and PG diploma in Industrial safety. Should have experience of about 2 years in field of Industrial safety or any relevant field. Calm and decisive in emergency situations. Proactive and attentive to details.
